Types of Membership
A Proprietary (Playing) Member is one who owns either a Proprietary Membership or Firm Membership, is twenty-one (21) years of age or older, and is in good standing. All property rights in the club shall be vested in Proprietary Members only.
Those entitlements of Proprietary Members include:
- Use of all facilities of the Club including practice facility at no cost for range balls.
- Vote in all elections.
- Serve as a Director on the Board of Directors.
- Hold an equity share in the Club facilities and grounds.
An Executive Membership may be issued to an individual who is twenty-one (21) years of age or older, and has been approved by the Board of Directors under limitations including eligibilities established by the Board of Directors. Executive members do not have voting rights, nor can they serve on the Board or hold an equity share. Executive Members made on and after 1/1/2022 automatically convert to a playing membership after two years. On conversion they must pay the membership fee (currently waived) and commence paying full dues and assessments.
A Young Executive Membership may be issued to an individual who is twenty-one (21) years of age but less than thirty (30), and who has been approved for membership by the Board of Directors pursuant to limitations established by the Board of Directors. Those limitations are the same as that of the Executive Membership.
Social Members shall be entitled to use all the facilities of the Club except for use of the golf course. A Social Member shall only be entitled to play the golf course as a guest, and shall be bound by the policies established by the Board for guest privileges. A Social Member may not host a guest while exercising the privileges extended for use of the golf course.
